Young Adult Workshops

Lianne spent a number of weeks working with the young people (aged 18-25) on our Regener8 programmes in Newry and Downpatrick. Over the course of her sessions she found a way to engage with diverse individuals in a completely admirable way.

She was highly engaging and relatable resulting in deep, open conversations surrounding current mental health challenges and how they can be addressed. She focused on ensuring that the young people were heard, their personal challenges were listened to and they felt validated. 

No topic was off the table and Lianne's wealth of knowledge allowed her to speak about so many challenges over the course of the workshops. Our young people and staff learned so much from her. Can't recommend her enough.
